This rifle is about 62 - 1/2" overall length. About .50 caliber. Signed N. Beyer. Typical Beyer rifle. As a rule he did not use set triggers. Belled muzzel says this gun was for round ball, though no rifling remains. Buck and ball. Pleasing shine with good wood figure. Crack at heel, lock plate. Working lock. Nice patchbox and pleasing patina. Barrel length is 45 - 1/4". Octagon to round.
