This original post measures 33-1/4" long by 25" high. It is featured in the book "Winchester Rarities" by Webster, page 47, where they list this size as slightly smaller, but the picture in the book is framed and has significantly less border than the original unframed example. This rare original poster, extremely difficult to find, was somewhat controversial. This one is untrimmed with brilliant colors, no fading, and, because of the thinness of the paper, was adhered to a cardboard back. When you go around the periphery you can see light wrinkles, creases, and edge wear. Some minor inpainting in the middle of both sides of the poster, from a professionally repaired tear. There is some minor age spotting on the edges. It has been professionally shrink wrapped and is ready for framing. Guaranteed to be 100% authentic from 1908 and not a copy. Has the Winchester repeating arms stamp at bottom. Best example of this we have ever seen.
