Little is known about the MG-13's early designs due to its development being held in secrecy because of the Treaty of Versailles. While the MG-13 was officially superseded by the MG-34, it continued to see usage throughout World War II within the Luftwaffe and with armored fighting vehicles. This example has been received cut and welded back together. The right side is marked with the Portuguese coat of arms above "1938". Receiver cover opens. Bolt is welded to the chamber area. Complete with single box magazine. CONDITION: NRA: Good, as non-operable. Grip shows several losses with some scattered oxidation on metal components. -MLW-
