A highly desirable mohair Steiff Bully the Bulldog from the late 1920's to early 1930's. Head jointed, black and brown glass pupil eyes, and original horsehair collar which has some general thinning and losses. Bully regains his original Steiff button in ear and traces of his red ear tag. Mohair is in good to very good condition with general playwear and light surface soiling. Velvet mouth area with light losses which do not subtract from his classic presentation. Larger versions of this pattern are infrequently seen on the secondary market and are of great interest to collectors worldwide.
