This is a great example of a rare Polyphon Style 52 "Carmen" casket style music box, playing 24 - 5/8" discs. The Style 52 has 159 teeth in duplex combs, with a mahogany wood case and comes with seven discs. Condition shows signs of little wear, light finish scratches, and original hardware. Complete unreported combs and plays perfectly. A stunning example of a very rare and difficult music box to locate.
