An absolutely gorgeous and extremely rare Wilkinson leaded glass floor lamp. The massive 28” diameter leaded glass shade has lovely streaked butterscotch background, with poppies in reds, pinks and greens. The flowers contain beautiful granite backed glass. Cap of shade decorated with perforated hearts. The shade sits on a magnificent 80” tall Wilkinson floor base. This may be the only known example of this base. Finished in a rich verdigris patina on an intricately decorated foliate platform. Four-socket cluster with original long acorn pulls. Provenance: From the collection of Dr. Byron Vreeland.
