c. 1908. The handle is 2" long. 12 carved smooth panels. Seed pearls are arranged in a floral pattern with a single cabochon sapphire between the,. A 1/4" band of pale blue enameling follows and then a 5/8" gold collar, English hallmark 9 carat. The shaft is ebonized hardwood with a 3/4" ivory ferrule. Length is 33 - 3/4" and the condition is excellent. Comes with a protective red leather box guard for the handle.
