Circa 1868 to 1878. Sealed tan 2-piece box with elaborate woodblock printed black and red label. Label features a central patriotic shield "US / CARTRIDGE CO." trademark with flanked by 2 text vignettes reading "50 METALLIC CARTRIDGES" and "41/100 No. 41 Long CALIBRE", in addition to game scenes. CONDITION: Fine. Label is clean with some light chipping along the edges. "41 Long" written in grease pencil on one end. BAS
