Eduard Stellmacher Design. Two applied Salamanders on vase with fern handles. Fern in relief on the vase. Cream and gold glazes. Marked with raised Stellmacher medallion monogram and Stellmacher Teplitz mark, incised signature on body of the vase. 16 - 1/8" high. Illustrated in "Monsters and Maidens: Collectors Edition", Vreeland, page 376. A similar model in "The House of Amphora", Scott, page 228. Circa 1905.
