Late 19th to early 20th century. Likely Pennsylvania. The dial is signed "WILSON.BIRM" on the moon phase and impressed "WILSON" on the frontplate, likely referring to James Wilson, a dialmaker from Birmingham, England, active from 1772 - 1809. The bonnet has an arched gallery pediment with six urn-form finials above the arched frieze. The door has a tombstone arch flanked by swelled colonettes. The waist has carved corners and a crossbanded pendulum door, joined to the cove molded box base with a recessed panel raised on ring-turned feet. The brass eight-day movement is driven by two weights and striking on a bell. The enamel dial displays a moonphase in the arch above a Roman numeral chapter ring, subsidiary seconds dial, time and striker apertures and calendar arch. Floral painted spandrels frame the dial. Weights, winders, pendulum and key are offered with the clock. The dial of the clock has crazing and the area where the movement posts are fastened appears to be repainted. Otherwise, the case is structurally very good.

This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
