20th century. Naval black felt bicorn hat with gold bullion lace, cords and red and yellow cockade. Two gold bullion tassels. Brass flat button with crown and anchor. Beige lining having Spanish makers label - Madina - Barcelona & Madrid. Tassels are loose. Original sweatband. Both tassels are loose and small sections of felt are missing on base of hat. Original cardboard carrying case with top handle. Fading red makers label on side of case that is very hard to read.
