A Tiffany Japanesque Match Holder and an English Silver Tea Caddy, the caddy, C.S. Harris, London 1897, made for Tiffany & Co. The match holder with a spot-hammer finish on a short narrow neck over a bulbous base with open sides, with applied gilt leaves and a bee; the caddy a reproduction of an 18th century chinoiserie type with square sides engraved as tea box with Chinese characters and with a cast finial. Match holder marked "Tiffany & Co. 5507 M 3702 sterling 648"; caddy marked "Made in England for Tiffany & Co./ Reproduction/ Original by/ Aug. Lesage 1767". Height of caddy: 4-3/4"; height of holder: 3". Total weight: 644g.
