This is a mid-century chromium cased music box by Thorens playing a miniature 6 - 1/2" disc. Most likely made for the East Indian trade, the box has floral and scroll decorations and raised cabriole legs, hinged top and internal storage for extra discs. Condition shows a nice patina, very little use based on the interior, and operating as intended. A nice example of this fancy music box. With approximately 35 discs.
