Tiffany Studios table lamp has a leaded glass shade with six dragonflies encircling the shade. Each dragonfly has a light blue body and blue, green and purple wings. Each of the wings is overlaid with acid etched bronze creating the vision of veins in the wings. The shade is further decorated with groupings of dark amber round glass cabochons all set against a background of caramel slag shading to cream glass. The aperture is surrounded by geometric band of striated blue, pink and cream glass. Shade is signed on the inside rim "Tiffany Studios 1585". The shade rests on a magnificent Tiffany Studios bronze and mosaic glass base. The round foot is decorated with three cast dragonflies standing out against a mosaic background of gold iridescent glass squares. The slender stem has a bronze band spiraling up the length of the stem with mosaic glass filling the void between the spirals. The base is complete with a three socket cluster and cast bronze cap. Signed on the underside "Tiffany Studios New York 356". Shade is 14" in diameter, lamp is 19-3/4" tall. The shade is very good to excellent with a few tight hairlines. The base is also very good to excellent, rewired with appropriate cloth cord.
