Tiffany Studios piano lamp has turtleback ball base with long swing arm. The turtlebacks are blue iridescent and rest on four ball feet atop a round bronze platform. The bronze is finished in a reddish brown patina with green highlights. Base is signed on top of platform, in the back, "TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK 454". The lamp is complete with a blue Damascene Tiffany tulip shade. The blue iridescence shows nice platinum highlights and purple flashes. 14-3/4" to top of shade, 16" from back of platform to front edge of shade. Shade has some roughness to fitter rim which is completely concealed when shade is in place. Base is Very Good with roughness on the leading between panels. CORRECTION: PLEASE NOTE: Several turtleback tiles have shallow flakes on edges, and the leading of the base is flat with added green patina.
