Japan, Nomura. A rare and impressive motorcycle and rider, has two modes; circles slowly with flashing exhaust pipes and motor sound, then speeds up and leans in to a faster pivot spin as rider's leg kicks out, some factory touch ups, near mint, 10-1/2". Includes original box with insert, tear repairs to three corners, one corner face, and one small chip on side panel replaced, excellent.
