Vintage Rolex Stainless Steel Explorer. The case is stainless steel with smooth stainless steel bezel. Featuring a black dial with Arabic numerals and white luminescent baton hour markers. Hour markers have been professionally relumed. Dial print reads "ROLEX OYSTER PERPETUAL EXPLORER SUPERLATIVE CHRONOMETER OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED". This Rolex is accompanied by a riveted stainless steel Rolex bracelet and folding clasp. There are 12 links present. The end caps are stamped "58". The first link from the end cap is marked "7206". The folding clasp is stamped "PATENTED & REGISTERED SWISS MADE ROLEX STEELINOX 1 68". The case measures 35mm in diameter. The inside caseback is stamped "MONTRES ROLEX S.A. GENEVA SWITZERLAND PATENTED STAINLESS STEEL 1016 IV.07". Movement signed "MONTRES ROLEX S.A. GENEVA TWENTY SIX 26 JEWELS ADJUSTATED 5 POSITIONS AND TEMPERATURE SWISS 1570". The model number is 1016. The serial number of this Rolex is 1734XXX.
