Stunning Vacheron Constantin Automatic Perpetual Calendar Wristwatch with Moonphase in 18K Yellow Gold (750) with Rare Diamond dial and bezel, Reference 43031/3. Diameter 36mm. Case No. 595755. Caliber 1120/1, 36 Jewel movement. Fully hallmarked, numbered and signed. Watch includes it's original signed black Vacheron Constantin strap and 18K gold buckle. Watch is in excellent working condition with virtually no signs of wear.
