SSP. One of the best graphic signs in all of the gas and oil hobby. This particular piece shows fantastic color and gloss throughout the field with a superb graphic. The top left edge shows the most prominent wear with some heavy chipping along that edge. There is some moderate chipping along the outer edge but the field of the sign is extremely clean with great gloss. A fantastic display piece. Previous owner attached some newspaper clippings to the back of the sign, along with some provenance that it was actually given to the owner by Max Wyeth. Sign is maker marked "Burdick Sign Co." A great piece of advertising.
