The American Historical Society produced an exquisite copy of the popular confederate LeMat revolver with the .44 caliber cylinder and 20 bore under barrel. This one is fully decorated in gold foil with deluxe checkered walnut grips and comes in a walnut and glass display case with plaque. CONDITION: Gun is unfired and is functionally as new. This revolver comes with all of the paperwork from The American Historical Foundation listing original owner and that this limited edition is number 200 of 500. The sale is dated 2009. These were never cheap pistols. In fact, it sold in 2009 for $3441.00. This is a high quality firearm and is both handsome and usable. The hand decoration is of the highest order.
