1874 vintage Colt Cloverleaf House, serial number 6989. 3" barrel with 2 line barrel address chambered in .41 Rimfire with blade front sight and frame notch rear. 2 piece varnished walnut grips. Matching serial numbers observed at barrel, butt, and written inside of of each grip panel. Cylinder is numbered 502. CONDITION: Excellent, with a vast majority of the original nickel plating remaining, wearing to brass on high edges and near chamber. Grips are very good with finish loss at edges. Action is tight and crisp. Bore is heavily frosted with moderate erosion from period use with corrosive black powder and visible rifling.
