This is a nice example of a Chinese Jingal rifle, which were oversized rifles fired from fixed emplacements on ramparts. They featured an exceptionally long sight radius and massive calibers to allow for long range devastation. Bolt action, single shot, rear sling swivel. This example is missing its front sight bead. CONDITION: All metal is a dark brown patina with some light pitting. Stock is very good, intact, which is surprising given its weight and size.
