Manufactured in 1894 with cut down 17" octagon barrel chambered in .25-35 Winchester Center Fire with blade front sight, replacement full length magazine tube, and carbine ladder rear sight. 2-piece plain walnut replacement stock and forearm with rifle forearm cap and carbine buttplate. CONDITION: Good, with virtually all of the finishes turned a blue-gray patina with evidence of chemical blending and heavy cleaning throughout. Stock and forearm are good as sanded and refinished with repaired break on left and right sides of wrist where it meets receiver. Mechanically fine. Bore is dark with visible rifling.
