Lot consists of: (A) Model 1861 Navy revolver. 7-1/2" barrel. Chambered in .36 caliber percussion. Originally blue with case hardened frame, hammer, and lever. 1-piece varnished walnut grips. CONDITION: Fine with and overall brown patina with traces of silver on trigger guard. Bore is dark. Action functions. Grips are excellent showing modest wear, with minor chipping around the butt. (B) Colt Model 1862 Police. 4-1/2" barrel chambered in .36 caliber percussion. Originally blue with case hardened frame, lever, and hammer. 1-piece walnut grips. CONDITION: Fine overall, with barrel refinished in "plum-brown". Frame and lever are polished bright. Grips are excellent, lightly sanded. Bore is fine. Action is crisp. -MKS-
