A) 1892 Vintage Model 1885 Low-Wall Winchester rifle, serial number 59207. 25-inch number 2 weight octagon barrel, chambered in .25-20. Plain straight grain walnut stock and forearm. Rifle style, crescent buttplate. CONDITION: Fine, with a blue/brown patina mixed with areas of "cold blue". Wood has been lightly sanded, showing modest wear. Chips of wood missing at the top tang. Bore is bright, action is tight and crisp. B) Marlin, Ballard single shot rifle. 28-inch heavy round, unmarked barrel chambered in .40 caliber. Plain straight grain walnut, pistol grip stock and forearm. Shotgun butt with a black hard rubber buttplate. CONDITION: Very good with a blue/brown patina mixed with areas of "cold blue". Bore is bright. Action is tight and crisp. Two holes drilled and plugged at breech of barrel. Wood is sound, has been sanded. -MKS-
