Lot consists of (A) Colt Model 1862 Pocket Police. Blue with case hardened frame, hammer and loading lever. Brass silver plated trigger guard, and backstrap. .36 caliber five shot fluted cylinder. 5 - 1/2" round barrel. One piece varnished walnut grips. CONDITION: Excellent overall, partially restored. Barrel has been refinished with most all the reapplied finish remaining. Balance of revolver is original with 60-75% bright case color on frame, hammer and traces on loading lever. Cylinder has 85+% original thinning blue. Brass trigger guard and backstrap have 90+% original silver plate. Grips are excellent with 90% original varnish with scattered dents. Action is tight and crisp.Matching serial numbers including wedge. Really an outstanding example, if not for the refinished barrel. (B) Colt Model 1849 Pocket with 5" octagon barrel. CONDITION: Fine overall. Matching serial numbers on all major components. Overall a brown /grey patina. -MKS-
