Bedford style contemporary rifle signed "L.J. Gardner 2011" on inlaid brass plate. Brass Bedford style hardware with excellent engraved patchbox with seven piercings and partial silver inlay finial. Pierced toeplate with silver eagle head finial. Ten engraved silver inlays with wire inlay work in the shape of an eagle. Octagonal barrel with brass nameplate inlay and embellished rifle sights. Bedford style flintlock held by brass sideplate with silver eagle inlays. Double set triggers. Curly maple stock with reddish finish and tight curl. Hardwood ramrod with jigs in patchbox. CONDITION: Like new possibly unfired and is a rifle of superb workmanship.
