A) Ethan Allen built muzzleloading shotgun with short twist steel barrels. Allen marked percussion locks with double triggers, walnut stock, iron furniture, and German silver wrap on forearm. Cool gun possible Western use. B) English manufactured Hollis and Sons muzzleloading shotgun with laminated steel barrels, iron furniture with nickel finish and three position percussion locks. Original ramrod. CONDITION: A) Gun is in shootable condition with a nice patina on the metal and worn look to the wood with period German silver repair. B) Shootable bores with gray patina finish on barrels. Locks function fine with most of the nickel finish remaining. Lead ramrod pipe needs resoldered to barrels. Functions fine.
