Lot consists of (A) Manufactured 1886 with two retaining bands and Buffington sight. Full length walnut stock with SWP 1886 Cartouche and steel butt plate sans trap. CONDITION: Very fine with most all blue remaining on barrel, bands, and trigger guard. Bore is very fine, action is crisp. Case colors are very vivid on breech block and tang. (B) Manufactured 1889 with two retaining bands and Buffington sight. Full length walnut stock with vivid SWP 1889 cartouche and steel butt plate sans trap for tools. CONDITION: Very good with bright bore and properly operating action. Barrel blue is very strong with losses at muzzle. Bands are very good with 50% blue. Trigger guard is same as well as buttplate. Wood stock is very good with typical bruises. TDW
