Made in 1877 by Parker Bros. in Meriden, Connecticut. Gun features underlifter opening system with extractors, double triggers, and hammers. Trigger guard has the name "T. Smiley" engraved on it. Damascus steel barrels with concave rib and single bead sight. Walnut checkered wood stocks with splinter forearm fastened with wedge. Buttstock has round knob pistol grip and smooth steel hooked buttplate. Case hardened action with line engraving embellished with the Parker name. Silver stock shield on top of wrist. CONDITION: Barrels have worn to a silvery patina with good bores. Action has worn to silver with sharp engraving. Wood is solid with handling marks. Gun is mechanically sound and locks up tight.
