Caliber .60 bore, Barrel length 37”. Excellent strong rifled bore, Top of barrel stamped “SEDE?L” Lock has Prussian proof stamped “1861”. Mid - 19th century three band military musket. Proof marks on all three bands, sling swivels, iron furniture, walnut stock. Rifle is all original and untouched. All metal is a smooth untouched brown patina with a “2” stamped on the side plate. Wood stocks are excellent with no cracks and usual wear. Prussian inspector mark and a carved “W.L.” on the left side of stock. Comes with a bayonet.
