Approximately 1000 manufactured between 1865-70. This is a civilian model with the only military type stamp being the anchor on barrel but no inspector stamps. Caliber was .50 rimfire. It is a single shot featuring an 8 1/2" barrel with walnut grip and fore-end. The barrel was blue and the frame was case color. This model has a spur trigger with no guard. CONDITION: Barrel is an even soft patina. The frame has traces of color. Bore has strong clean rifling. Stocks are excellent. Nice example.
