Approximately 20,000 made circa 1861 with 7 - 1/8" octagon barrel in .36 caliber percussion with blue finish and walnut grips. It is a six shot, single action of sorts in which the hammer is cocked with one trigger then fired with the other. Very popular during the Civil War. CONDITION: All brown patina. Grips show wear. The bore has fine rifling and the action still works correctly.
