This interesting gun made with "59 St. James St. London" barrel address was a high grade gun when new. High quality damascus barrels with plain top rib. Action is engraved with about 65% scroll coverage. Hammers engraved en suite. Splinter forend with rotary opener is near fully checkered. Straight grip buttstock with gold oval near toe, drop points behind locks terminates with beautiful heel and toe plates which are also engraved. Housed in its original full leather case with red felt interior. CONDITION: Good. Retains nice damascus pattern, bores with some frosting. Action retains a hint of color but mostly gray. Checkering has thinned on both forend and butt. Case is fair with leather cracking and drying. Interior is soiled. JSL
