Standard flintlock configuration. Well marked on the lock with 1821 date at rear. "JDJ/ P/ US" inspected on barrel. Swivel ramrod. CONDITION: All metal surfaces have been cleaned. Markings are clear. Some light pitting. Wood has dings and handling marks with burnout behind the barrel. Good cartouche. Tang screw, possibly ramrod and hammer appear to be replacements. Bore has some pitting. Good mechanical function. GR
