Built on a No. 2 Frame, this stout 12 gauge GH Grade has 30" Damascus barrels. The buttstock is of nicely figured walnut and has a capped pistol grip, checkered in three point pattern, and has the original DHBP. There is also a silver shield near the toe. The action is engraved in typical early GH pattern with birds and scroll. CONDITION: Good. Barrels retain about 75% of their original pattern. Stocks appear to have been restored long ago with checkering lightly thinned at grip, more so on forend. Screws are somewhat marred. Traces of original color remain. Bores are good with some pitting noted in each tube. Mechanics are fine. JSL14
