Typical converted cavalry Colt that went through the 1890's rebuild program where barrel was shortened to 5-1/2" and reassembled with mix numbered parts. The frame is serial number 57?79, barrel is stamped "RAC" for Renaldo Carr as is cylinder. Backstrap is number 116416 while trigger guard is number 120235. CONDITION: This Artillery Model was nickel plated at a later unknown date and sports faux pearl grips. The "US" stamp on left side of frame is clear. All four Colt clicks with sharp but frosted bore.
