Manufactured in Argentina under contract from Colt. Classic configuration with blade front sight, U notch flat top rear sight. Left side of slide with "D.G.F.M. - (F.M.A.P.)" right side with "SIST. COLT CAL. 11.25mm. MOD. 1927", and serial number. Right side of frame with serial number. Small parts include checkered narrow hammer, thick tab safety, checkered slide release, magazine release, short trigger, arched mainspring housing with lanyard loop. Long grip safety. Serial number observed on barrel hood, top of slide, right side of slide, and right side of frame. Housed in a DoskoSport pistol case with an extra pair of serrated grips. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining the vast majority of the factory finish with some minor marks from handling throughout, some light patination, mostly on left side of slide, and some silvering to high edges and muzzle consistent with holster use. Small spot of oxidation on barrel hood. Magazine baseplate with distension around serial numbers from application of stamp. Some light marring to magazine release and top of rear sight. Discrete import stamp from JLD Ent, Farm, CT, behind magazine release. Mechanically fine, bore is good with strong rifling and some light frosting throughout. Extra grips are good with some mild handling marks.
