Equal to about a Grade 4 Ithaca, this gun has a wide matted ventilated top rib with white mid bead and missing front bead. Large forend, which may be a replacement is checkered in point and diamond pattern. The blued action is lightly scroll engraved with quail on right and Pointer on left. Capped pistol grip buttstock is checkered in two point pattern through the wrist and terminates with a "TruSport" brand ventilated pad. No safety. CONDITION: Very good. Barrels retail about 90% plum brown blue. Forearm as noted above, retains most of its custom finish with some minor wood loss near action. Buttstock is excellent as restored and retains nearly all of its custom finish with a few minor handling marks. Bore is bright and shiny. Mechanics are fine.
