27 - 1/4" barrels with bead front sight, popup rifle sight, and offset claw scope mounts interrupting machine matted rib. Barrels marked "WITTENER - EXCELSIOR", underside with proofs. Bottom barrel relined to .22 Hornet. Soldered on sling swivel on .22 Hornet barrel. Standard Collath rotary underlever made of horn and two wing safety. Neat selector switch for rifle on right side of trigger guard. Double triggers, front set for rifle. Pistol grip stock checkered through forearm with point pattern checkering, wrist checkered through with point pattern checkering. Boxlock engraved with wriggle borders and scrollwork, left side with "FRANKFURT A/O" right side with "COLLATH SOHNE". Pistol grip cap also engraved with wriggle line work. Diminutive beaded shadowline cheekpiece. Rear sling swivel at toe, basketweave horn buttplate. CONDITION: Very good as restored. Barrels have been reblacked with visible pitting underneath.
