Manufactured 1923. Standard configuration with blade and notch rear sights, Colt rollmarks and subinspector marks, reproduction Colt hard rubber grips. Housed in a Colt box with appropriate end label, serial number written on underside of box in pencil, with Colt label in lid, cleaning rod, hang tag, manual, and cleaning information pamphlet. CONDITION: Excellent as professionally refinished. Some very minor marks silvering and associated very minor handling marks. Legends, particularly serial number, are ever so slightly softened. Mechanically fine, bore has sharp rifling and striations from an aggressive cleaning. Box is very good, complete, with some age related distress and rubs to edges, some peeling on interior.
