1904 vintage Colt Bisley single action revolver, serial number 250488. 7 - 1/2" round barrel chambered in .32 S&W with single line Colt Hartford, CT address, blade front sight, and frame notch rear. 2 piece factory checkered gutta percha grips with a Rampant Colt on either side that are Colt grips, but do not appear to be original to this particular gun. Factory letter indicates shipment as a blue 7 - 1/2" .32 S&W to Powell & Clement Co., Cincinnati, Ohio (Ed Fiscus), in a shipment of 1 sent November 7th, 1903. Additional handwritten note indicates that Edgar Park Fiscus was located as a vegetable husker. CONDITION: Good, with virtually all of the original finishes turned to a gray patina with scattered handling marks throughout. Grips are excellent and show no major signs of distress. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand and is tight. Bore is beginning to frost but is overall still bright and shiny with sharp rifling. TON
