1908 vintage Colt Bisley single action revolver, serial number 303578. 4 - 3/4" round barrel chambered in .38 Colt with 2 line Colt Hartford, CT barrel address with blade front sight and frame notch rear. 2 piece Colt checkered gutta percha grips featuring a Rampant Colt in an oval on either side. Factory letter indicates shipment as a blue 4 - 3/4" .38 Colt to A. Combaluzier, Mexico City, Mexico, in a shipment of 2 sent July 8th, 1908. CONDITION: Fair, with all of the original finishes worn to a gray patina with scattered handling marks and pitting throughout. Grips are well fitting and are very good, with no major signs of distress. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand. Bore is frosted with visible rifling. TON
