Colt double action "Courier" revolver made by Colt Firearms Hartford, Connecticut between 1953 and 1956. Blued round 3" rifled barrel with blade front sight, Colt Courier Marking and "32 New Police". Blued alloy double action frame with Rampant Colt and blued 6 shot fluted alloy cylinder. Polished hammer and blued trigger with checkered wooden 2 piece grips with Colt medallions. Comes with correct 2 piece brown box. CONDITION: 99% finish with unturned cylinder. 99% grips with light handling marks. Box is in fair condition with some edge tears and some label disintegration. CORRECTION: This Colt Courier is chambered in .32 Colt New Police (.32 S&W Long), not .38 Special as previously stated.
