Manufactured in 1920. Blued 5-1/2" round barrel chambered in the cross compatible .44-40 Winchester cartridge with 2-line address, blade front sight and frame notch rear. Fluted swing out 6-shot cylinder set in a blued frame stamped on left side with rampant Colt logo. Checkered 2-piece hard rubber "COLT" grips with lanyard loop mounted to butt. CONDITION: Very good. Revolver retains the majority of its original blued finish with grips straps and cylinder fading to a gray patina. Some silvering at high edges and small cleaned oxidation spot on barrel also present. Grips are very good with a few minor marks. Good bright bore displaying strong riling. Crisp mechanics. BAS
