Manufactured in 1962. Colt single line address on top of the barrel. Colt Single Action Army .357 magnum on the left side of the barrel. Patent dates and Rampant Colt on left side of frame. The numbers all match on the frame, inside the grip strap, and on the inside of the trigger guard. There is a Rampant Colt on the rear of the cylinder. CONDITION: Barrel, cylinder, trigger guard, and the grip strap retain approximately 70% of the original applied blue finish. With some holster wear and handling marks. The frame retains approximately 75% of the original case color. There is some pitting across the top of the hammer. The gun sports a nice set of Sambar Stag grips. They could use a bit of fitting to the grip frame. Bright and shiny bore with sharp lands and grooves. Action works great and has all four clicks. PROVENANCE: From the Carl Balderson Jr. Estate Collection. REW
