Highly decorated German over/under hammerless boxlock shotgun built in Suhl, Germany by Gerbruder Rempt circa 1925. 28 - 1/4" blued Krupp steel barrels with raised solid matted rib with bead front sight and bead mid sight, with rib marked "REMO SUHL". Barrels have 2 - 3/4" chambers, single Kersten bolt, extractors, and Full and Full chokes. Coin finished scalloped boxlock receiver with full coverage foliage and game scene engraving, non-automatic safety, and engraved steel trigger guard. Walnut round knob checkered pistol grip stock with added Pachmayr vented rubber recoil pad and cheekpiece. Fitted with European style sling swivels. Merkel style 3-piece plain forearm with Deeley latch release. CONDITION: 90% original blue with some scratches and 2 small dings across right side of barrels. Excellent silvery coin color on action. Wood has been cleaned with several small cracks behind action with checkering refreshed. Great bores and mechanics. DLM
