Tapered, full matted 26" octagon barrel with three-leaf fold down rear and dovetail partridge style front sights. Rear of barrel has been machined with a dovetail and drilled and tapped for scope bases. Talley scope rings with a 2-7 variable power Leupold Vari-X II scope. Beautifully full figured walnut two-piece stock with finely cut hand checkering, and cheek rest. Delicate scroll engraving with "Holland & Holland" within a banner on both sides of frame. Barrel an stock mounted sling rings. CONDITION: Excellent overall original finish with exception of scope mount alteration to barrel. Most original blue on barrel. Traces of case color on frame. Wood and checkering shows moderate wear. Bore is bright and clean. Overall a very attractive "Rook" rifle manufactured by a desirable maker. -MKS-
