This lot features a Harrington & Richardson M1 Garand with an H&R barrel dated 1-56. Wood stock with "P" in circle cartouche and eagle with three stars on left side. Blade front sight with correct rear sight. Comes with original green woven sling. CONDITION: All parts including the bolt, barrel, trigger group and action are correct H&R marked parts. Bore is good with a ME reading: 2. TE reading: 2. Metal parts retain 80% original finish with light handling marks. Wood has original military finish with sharp cartouche and light handling marks. Large red "37" in paint on the grip (probably a rack number). Mechanically sound and functions fine.
