Barrel is stamped "INLAND MFG GENERAL MOTORS 9-44". This carbine features the front sight with ear protectors, wide forend hand guard with four rivets at rear, Type II later rear sight, walnut stock. Ordnance wheel stamp on right side of buttstock. Original type period magazine. CONDITION: Barrel is a grey, freckled patina. Frame retains 80% factory matte finish. Stock is very good, complete with usual dings. Checkered steel buttplate. Fine bore and action. Comes with one magazine.
